Reverse Engineering of Gould's Vertical Turbine Pump Components
We reverse engineered multiple components from a Goulds Vertical Turbine Pump used in water service, producing accurate 3D STEP files and 2D technical drawings to support refurbishment and replacement-part fabrication. The project combined precision measurement and CAD modeling to recreate critical pump geometry for continued service.
Selected wear and retention components were reverse engineered from existing hardware to support replacement and refurbishment of a vertical turbine pump assembly.

Reverse-engineered components were reviewed alongside experienced pump and refurbishing experts to verify critical geometry, fit, and functional relationships before documentation was finalized.
